Some important things you need to know and frequently asked questions:

By submitting this registration form, you are liable to make payment prior to the event. Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
Where an alternate delegate is not possible, an administration fee of R2000 (excl VAT) per delegate will be incurred for the cancellations.

A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 14 days of the event.

What does my registration include?

• Entry into the conference and exhibition
• Access to each track of presentations, discussions and demonstrations
• A digital copy of all presentations
• Access to networking functions and special events
• Food and beverage

How do I pay for my registration?

• Call with credit card details and we will process at no extra cost.
• Electronic Funds Transfer into our account
• Provide Purchase Order number
• Please note that payment is required prior to the event.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, just call or email.

Is my registration transferable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend you can transfer your registration to someone else in your team, just call or email.

Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. However, cancellations must be advised in writing at least 14 days prior to the event after which only alternate delegates will be accepted. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 14 days of the event.
